330ml FGS Nutrition Chocolate protein shake
50g reduced fat butter / spread
180g plain flour
Pinch of salt
3tbsp baking powder
Chocolate (for melting on top)
Fruit (to garnish with extra goodness)
Add half a teaspoon of stevia based sweetener to two eggs.
Then whisk in 50g reduced fat spread or butter.
Add 315ml FGS Nutrition Chocolate protein shake.
Sift in 180g plain flour, pinch of salt and 3tbsp baking powder.
Whisk together well.
Scoop into a hot frying pan and heat on a medium low.
Top with fruit and a drizzle of melted chocolate.
