No, our shakes can be stored ambiently, but we recommend chilling before consuming, as our shakes taste best when served chilled!

Firstly we’d like to apologise if you’re in receipt of a damaged or faulty item. We will seek to resolve this issue as soon as possible for you, as we understand how frustrating this can be. Please contact our customer service team at Finance@mygoodness.uk.com and we will do our utmost to rectify and send out new product as quickly as possible.

Our returns policy is very simple. If you wish to return your order, or a number of products within your order, you must do so within 7 days from receipt, and always before use. We do not accept returns for any opened items. Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at Finance@mygoodness.uk.com as they will need to arrange a collection for the unwanted product(s). Please note for unwanted items there will be a collection charge of £7.00 per parcel. Please contact our Finance team on 020 8871 3424 who can take payment and then arrange collection.

We apologise if you’re still awaiting your order or have an item missing. This isn’t common and we want to resolve this as fast as possible for you. To receive a refund or replacement, you must inform us within 14 working days of your order being placed, please contact our customer service team at Finance@mygoodness.uk.com and we’ll be more than happy to help track down your order with the courier.

There could be a number of possible reasons why your discount code might not have worked: 1. Has it expired? Do check the original offer to ensure the code is still within date. 2. Have you selected the right product or flavour? Sometimes we run special offers on certain flavours, check that you've added the correct products to your basket. 3. Have you added the right quantity? You must have already added the items to your cart for the discount to be applied. If you are redeeming a Buy One, Get One Free offer for example, then you must make sure you add at least 2 products to redeem the discount. 4. How many discount codes have you applied? You can only redeem one code per transaction, so check to make sure you haven't already got a code applied.

To redeem a discount code you must proceed to checkout and start entering your personal details. On the right hand side of the screen during checkout you will find discount code field where you can enter your discount code.

We guarantee a 30 day minimum, unless stated otherwise. Most of our shakes come with 3-6 months, tabs and tubs can have significantly longer. If you need specific details about the best before date of products before ordering please email us at info@forgoodnessshakes.com and we'd be happy to supply this information.

Protein is an essential macronutrient, meaning it is need in relatively large amounts for the body to grow, develop and continually thrive. Protein is made up of amino acids, known as the body's building blocks, and are an important component in every cell. Protein is vital for a range of processes within the body, from building muscle to transporting hormones and enzymes. There are 20 amino acids, with nine of them being essential, meaning your body can’t make them. They must come from food or ready-to-drink protein shakes, like For Goodness Shakes.

It depends on your activity level, if you're more active you need more protein and if you're less active you need less protein. The recommended daily intake for a moderate activity levels is 0.75g per kg bodyweight.

All For Goodness Shakes products, except Protein Super Shot and Strawberry flavoured shakes, and Glow Collagen Shakes are suitable for vegetarians.

Hydro tabs are designed to ensure you are effectively hydrated to enable you to perform your best. As you exercise, you sweat; which is a mechanism your body uses to regulate its temperature. You need to replace the fluids that are lost. If you just drink water, your body’s electrolyte levels will become imbalanced, making you feel fatigued. Therefore it’s important to replace the electrolytes, particularly sodium, that are lost as well as replacing the water. For Goodness Shakes Hydro tabs contain 5-ion electrolytes; sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium and calcium, all of which are electrolytes contained in sweat. It's particularly important that you make sure you take on board fluid containing electrolytes, to make sure your body is able to retain water fluid.
