Melt in the Middle Choc Proats

Calling all chocolate lovers?! Hit those midweek chocolate cravings with delicious gooey melt in the middle choc proats!

Recipe
40g Oats 
1 heaped tbsp fat free vanilla quark 
125ml chocolate protein FGS 
1 egg 
1/4 tsp baking powder  
10g of either cocoa powder or chocolate whey protein powder. 
1 tsp low sugar chocolate spread. 
 Toppings: raspberries, low fat peanut butter spread. Chocolate sprinkles. 
 
Method
1) Combine all the ingredients except the toppings and the cocoa/protein powder into bowl and mix well.
2) Mix the powder with a little water to make it easier to stir into the mix. Combine well and pour into a large greased ramekin (or two smaller ones)   
3) Bake at 180 for 30 mins.
4) After 30 mins, spoon out a little of the mixture from the top and pop a tsp of chocolate spread inside. Put the spoonful of mixture back on top and bake for a further 10 mins. 
Serve with low fat peanut butter spread (like PB fit or Peanut Hottie) and fresh raspberries.
