Feel Good Food | Banana & Blueberry Baked Oats

Let's be honest, sometimes porridge gets a little boring! Why not make your porridge more interesting with our Banana & Blueberry Baked Oats recipe by our Insta-chef, Lizzie Dale.  
This recipe can be enjoyed this hot or cold so it's perfect for a pre-prepared breakfast if you're running out the door in the morning!

40g Oats 
1 tbsp fat free vanilla skyr or Greek yoghurt 
125ml FGS Banana and golden syrup oats and protein shake 
1/4 tsp baking powder 
1 egg 
Pinch of cinnamon  
Handful of frozen blueberries 
Half a banana and some sugar free syrup for topping
1) Mix the oats, egg, yoghurt, protein shake, cinnamon and baking powder in a bowl.
2) Add a little of the sugar free syrup if you prefer sweeter oats.  
3) Spray a small oven proof dish with low cal spray and pour in the mixture. Add the blueberries on top and bake at 180°C for 30 mins. 
4) Top with sliced banana and a drizzle of sugar free syrup.
