Our instachef, Lizzie Dale, has whipped up some almost too good to eat (who are we kidding?!) Vanilla and Berry Protein Pancakes! One to definitely try this Pancake Tuesday!
Ingredients
2 eggs
Tsp of sweetner
50 lighter spread
300 FGS Vanilla Recovery
180g Plain Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
Fat Free Vanilla Skyr Yoghurt
Raspberries
Strawberries
Mini Jammie Dodgers (to decorate)
Recipe
Whisk 2 eggs with a tsp sweetener
Add 50g melted lighter spread
Add 300ml FGS (I used vanilla for this one)
Combine well then stir through 180g plain flour and 3 tsp baking powder.
Fry in a pan or pancake maker with low cal spray until fluffy and golden.
Makes 10-12
I’ve served mine with fat free vanilla skyr yoghurt swirled with crushed raspberries. Sliced strawberries and a couple of mini Jammie dodgers!
