Strawberry and Blueberry Baked Oats

Want to brighten up your day? This strawberry and blueberry baked oats recipe made by @eat_live_love will do just that.

Ingredients:

40g oats
1/2 mashed banana 
1 heaped tbsp fat free Greek yoghurt
15g vanilla protein powder (optional)
130ml FGS strawberry protein shake
1/2 tsp baking powder

    Method:  

    1. Combine all of the above and then transfer to a baking dish spritzed with low calorie spray. 
    2. Add some frozen blueberries to the top and bake for 45 mins at 170 degrees c.
    3. Once cooked, serve with fresh strawberries, 15g peanut butter and a scatter of low sugar granola.
