Strawberry and Blueberry Baked Oats

Ingredients:
40g oats1/2 mashed banana
1 heaped tbsp fat free Greek yoghurt
15g vanilla protein powder (optional)
130ml FGS strawberry protein shake
1/2 tsp baking powder
Method:
- Combine all of the above and then transfer to a baking dish spritzed with low calorie spray.
- Add some frozen blueberries to the top and bake for 45 mins at 170 degrees c.
- Once cooked, serve with fresh strawberries, 15g peanut butter and a scatter of low sugar granola.
