Makes 8 american-style pancakes

 

Ingredients:

50g oats
100g plain yoghurt
2x eggs
100ml For Goodness Shakes Plant Protein Vanilla Chai

 

Method:

Blitz 50g oats in a blender.
Add 100g plain / vanilla fat free yoghurt, 2 eggs & 100ml of FGS Plant Protein Vanilla Chia shake.
.Blend again to form a batter
Heat in a non-stick frying pan until golden, flip, repeat and garnish with your favourite toppings!
