We've collaborated with our insta-chef, Lizzie Dale, for this delicious vegan smoothie bowl. Smoothie bowls not only make the most insta-worthy food photos, but it can also be a completely effortless way to sneak extra protein into your morning.

Half a frozen banana
4-5 frozen strawberries
200ml FGS strawberry Plant Protein shake
1 tsp dragon fruit power (optional)
1 tbsp dairy free yoghurt
Fruit of choice for topping
1 tbsp vegan granola
Cut up some fruit for the top of your smoothie bowl first. It is best when served immediately after blending.
Put half a frozen banana and 4-5 frozen strawberries in a smoothie blender.
Add 200ml of Strawberry For Goodness Shakes plant protein shake.
Add 1 tsp of dragon fruit powder (optional but widely available in health food stores and online) This will give the bowl an extra nutritious boost and a beautiful pink colour.
Blend well and pour into a bowl.
Add the sliced of fruit to the top with a swirl of dairy free yoghurt and a sprinkle of vegan granola.
