Ingredients:

200g Mejool dates (pitted)
2tbsp peanut butter (100%nut)
6tbsp oats
1 heaped tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp powdered peanut butter
150ml For Goodness Shakes Nutrition Chocolate
Rind of half of one small orange

Method:

  1. Gather your ingredients and place them in a blender
  2. Mix until it makes a sticky consistency
  3. Now the fun part – scrape the mixture out, and use your hands to roll them into equally sized balls
  4. Store them in the fridge, and enjoy! They should keep for up to 3-5 days.
