Plant milks are typically lower in protein than their dairy counterparts, but For Goodness Shakes Plant Protein shake contains 20g of quality protein from soya. It has a full amino acid profile, digests easily and is enriched with vitamin B12 and D which are commonly low in vegan diets.

    Perfect as a protein-rich snack on busy days
