Ingredients

200g self raising flour
60g pancake mix
10g cocoa powder
8g baking powder
2x eggs
475ml FGS Ultimate Chocolate protein shake (40g protein)
1 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings (optional)
Melted dark chocolate
Fresh raspberries

Method

Add all the dry ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
Add the eggs, vanilla extract and FGS Ultimate protein shake and mix until it forms a batter.
Pour ¼ measure of your batter into a greased pan on a med-high heat.
When it starts to bubble, its time to give it a flip!
Stack them up or share them out, and throw on some of your favourite toppings.
