Feel Good Food: Berry Protein Smoothie Bowl

We love smoothie bowls. They not only make the most insta-worthy food photos, but it can also be a completely effortless way to sneak extra protein into your morning. We collaborated with nutritionist, Jo Hollington, to bring you this quick and easy recipe.

1 handful of frozen raspberries
Half a green / yellowish banana (for better texture)
100g fat free Greek yoghurt
200ml For Goodness Shakes Protein Strawberry flavour


Simply blend together, and top with anything you like… Here we’ve used fresh fruit, chia seeds, and flaked almonds.

Vegan? Try swapping Protein for our Plant Protein drink instead.
