It's different. For starters, there are only 16 of us in the team. Last year, there were 5. Since we launched 3 years ago, sales have doubled. Then tripled. We now sell £5M's worth of For Goodness Shakes a year and we're planning to double that. Again and again. There aren't many businesses around growing this fast.

Senior NAM (Sports Channel)

This is the 'to die for' role in My Goodness that will play a strategic role in leading the expansion of the business in this channel. We need a business development manager who has experience of selling sports nutrition, clothing or equipment to sports outlets, health clubs and/or gym chains in the UK. You'll bring a working knowledge of the channel and have a network of current buying contacts. This will mean you can hit the ground running in order to roll-out For Goodness Shakes' world class recovery range (including the new powders) to sports retailers such as Wiggle, independent wholesalers, and multiple gym chains like Nuffield Health and La Fitness.

Experienced Senior NAM (Petrol Forecourt Channel)

The company successfully trades with a couple of the petrol forecourt chains. We'd like to expand our business in this dynamic area by rolling out the brand to the PFS and motorway service retailers. The role combines day to day account management and new business acquisition. There is also line management responsibility. A current working relationship with accounts such as Tesco/JS/Morrison forecourts, Shell, Total, Esso, Texaco would be an advantage. Having worked for a branded impulse food or drinks brand would be beneficial.

Business Analyst

A new role created to support the sales team and contribute to the accelerated growth of the business. This candidate should be naturally inquisitive, analytical and challenging. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and creative with data; s/he will have experience of developing insights and action plans designed to help identify business opportunities. In addition to supporting the sales managers in the development of channel strategies s/he will be integrally involved in category management initiatives. From time to time customer interaction will be required. In the medium term the successful candidate will take on management of a 3rd Party Field Agency. Clearly experience of buying and using continuous and ad hoc retail data, 3rd Party Agency management, involvement in Category Management projects would all be advantages.

Sales Executives

Calling all recent grads. Have you got a strong desire to succeed and the ability to learn from proven business leaders? If so, read on... We are the UK's No1 sports recovery drink and are in a period of phenomenal growth. To help our drink grow even more, we need team of Sales Executives to help support and deliver sales. The role is a diverse one and will involve lots of team play and, unusually for a first role, solo work. You'll be out visiting and telephoning stores engaging with store managers. You'll also have good spreadsheet skills as well a clean driving license for occasional deliveries to selected key specialist retailers.

CRM Leader

We are looking for someone to come in and develop and drive the CRM strategy to build positive brand experience and growth of Club For Goodness Shakes - our community of fans and loyal consumers. You'll be responsible for growing and building the community as well as building 'brand buzz' through word of mouth and athlete comms. You'll be experienced in CRM and understand the 'rules of (consumer) engagement.

Events Coordinator

Drink a bottle of For Goodness Shakes after sport and you'll recover better. Simple. The For Goodness Shakes events team travels the length and breadth of the UK, ensuring that athletes recover properly after races, providing first-hand experience of the brand. Running, mountain biking, road cycling, triathlon, adventure racing... we're at them all. The event coordinator role is crucial to exposing athletes to the benefits of using For Goodness Shakes after sport working closely with events organisers and then bringing the recovery revolution to the athletes face-to-face at events.
