Men`s Health SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST

Men`s Health Survival of the Fittest - the brand new Men`s Health event powered by the Rat Race Urban Adventure. It packed a challenging 10km route, with tough and engaging obstacles every kilometre, requiring competitors to pit their wits against fellow "Survival" competitors in a test of stamina, grit, speed and guts.

For Goodness Shakes Xtreme Terrain Festival
27th September 2008 @ Gibraltor Barracks, Hawley

The lingering early morning fog lifted at Hawley Lake just in time for the racing to begin, leaving a bright, crisp morning, ideal for the 600 "Xtreme" athletes.
The Xtreme, off-road, adventure packed triathlon, duathlon, aquathlon and 10k courses in this unique event at the live Gibraltor army barracks made this an unforgettable day of mental and physical challenge.
