Men`s Health SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST

This is Men`s Health Survival of the Fittest - a brand new Men`s Health event powered by the Rat Race Urban Adventure. Packing a challenging 10km route, with tough and engaging obstacles every kilometre, you will pit your wits against fellow "Survival" competitors in a test of stamina, grit, speed and guts. Possibly the UK`s toughest obstacle course? Maybe. Possibly the UK`s most action-packed 10k. Maybe. The must-do event of this year? Definitely.

The torrential showers and strong winds didn`t deter the hardy triathletes commpeting at the first For Goodness Shakes triathlon event at Dorney Lake, Windsor on May 25 2008. Promoted by F3 events and held on the fast, flat and traffic free Eton course, it promised close competitive racing at a superb venue.

Thames Turbo Triathlon - Race 4
It is a low cost, flat and fast race designed specifically to encourage triathletes to compete regularly. Whether you are an Elite athlete looking to sharpen up ahead of a major event, or a novice new to the sport and wanting to get a feel for the excitement of the competition, Thames Turbo Race Series is ideal for you.
The distances are:Pool swim - 426m, Bike - 21km, Run - 5km

F3 Evening Triathlon
Flat and fast and 100% Traffic free. Swim 750m in the famous Dorney Lake nr Windsor, and then head out onto the bike course with 5laps making 20K total...great for spectators! Next up is the 5K run comprising 2 laps on brand new tarmac.
Great course for PB`s!
